Returning to School: Considerations for School Counselors

Dear Illinois School Counseling Association Members:

We know that this is a time of high stress and anxiety for staff, students, family and community members. In preparation for the return to school, the Illinois School Counseling Association will be hosting a webinar to provide members with guidance and resources in preparation for hybrid learning this fall. During this webinar, ISCA members will learn about best practices for social-emotional learning, ISBE guidelines for hybrid learning and considerations for school counselors.

The webinar will take place via Zoom on Tuesday, August 11th at 2pm. This webinar is FREE to members. Non-members are able to participate for a fee of $25. Space is limited. After you register for the event, a Zoom link will be emailed to you on August 10th. We look forward to seeing you! ISCA will offer one PD hour for attending this event. The Illinois School Counselor Association is here to help and support you during these unprecedented times. We are in this together!
