Leading the Way for Illinois Students: ISCA Emerging Leaders

Entering its second year, the ISCA Emerging Leaders Cohort is designed for school counselors ready to deepen their impact and grow as professional leaders. To support this growth, each participant is matched with an experienced mentor for dedicated, monthly one-on-one sessions aimed at refining daily practice and navigating career or personal goals.

The ultimate goal is to develop counselor leaders who authentically lead in their buildings and will one day lead in various positions across the association—from contributing on ISCA committees, presenting at conferences, to serving on the Board of Directors.
